Jacob Reider MD, Ex-Deputy National Coordinator at the Dept of HHS joins MI7 Medical Advisory Board

AUSTIN, TX - MI7, the Austin-based medical intelligence services company, announced today that Jacob Reider, MD, former Deputy National Coordinator for the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) at the Department of Health and Human Services, has joined the company as an advisor.

Dr. Reider is a health IT veteran with over 25 years of experience. He was previously Associate Dean of Biomedical Informatics at the Albany Medical College, CMIO for Allscripts, Chief Medical Officer and Deputy National Coordinator for ONC, and has an extensive entrepreneurial background, having founded several health IT companies.
