MI7 showcases CODENAME: Silencer at HIMSS in Orlando to provide additional security and scalability to EHR integrations

AUSTIN, TX - MI7 announced the public availability of CODENAME: Silencer - the add on for MI7’s Q integration software that removes sensitive data from integration messages and even filters out specific messages. The company will be showcasing it at the HIMSS conference in Orlando, Florida.

The country's leading healthcare innovators and digital health companies are convening in Orlando with discussions focused on every aspect of the patient experience.

Silencer is bound to be the topic of the show given its ability to de-identify and desensitize integration messages from clinical data systems. MI7 clients can establish filters to perform such tasks as eliminating Social Security Numbers from messages or filtering out all messages that aren’t for Oscar Health Insurance’s members.

"Scalability and security are the two biggest challenges with today’s EHR integrations. Our clients asked for and we released Silencer to address those two areas. " said Zac Jiwa, Chief Executive Officer of MI7. "HIMSS 2017 in Orlando is the perfect conference to showcase Silencer and demonstrate its ability to improve security of information and help digital health companies to manage the scalability of their EHR integrations."

Q has integration modules for over 45 of the industry's top EHR systems and integration engines, which allow it to be a turnkey solution for application developers.
